I had an amazing time during my stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Cleanliness standards were top notch. Hotel facilities were excellent, with plenty of things to do for the kids in the evening. The location was perfect, with breathtaking views of the mountains. Transportation to the slopes was a breeze and took no more than 10 minutes. Breakfast was delicious with a variety of options to choose from. I was very impressed with the service and amenities provided by the hotel.
Can't fault anything about it.

A beautiful mountain getaway, with stunning views and warm hospitality. The rooms were impeccably clean, and the staff was always eager to help with any needs or questions. We especially enjoyed the daily breakfast spread - the baked goods were fresh and delicious, and the coffee was strong and satisfying. The location was perfect, with easy access to nearby hiking trails and scenic drives. We also appreciated the free parking and on-site restaurant, making it easy to relax and enjoy the natural beauty of the area.
While the hotel offered many amenities, we did encounter a few small inconveniences during our stay. The Wi-Fi was spotty at times, making it difficult to stay connected with friends and family back home. Additionally, the water pressure in the shower was not as strong as we would have liked, making for less than ideal bathing conditions. Finally, we found that the menu offerings lacked some variety - some more vegetarian or lighter options would have been appreciated. However, the overall experience was still a memorable and enjoyable one, and we would consider returning in the future.

There are plenty of facilities to enjoy here, including a playing room and access to slopes just a short bus ride away.

The decorations in the lobby were excellent for Christmas! Plus, they had a stunning view of the mountains and a cozy fireplace to warm up. The location was ideal, as it was within walking distance to the town center and nearby slopes. Another excellent feature was the opportunity to book a Christmas dinner, which added a festive touch to our stay.
Our experience was less than perfect due to the unorganized staff. They took ages to respond to our requests, which resulted in a late check-in.
